I'm Jan Peter Schäfer, a physicist and engineering leader with over 15 years of experience building and scaling software platforms – in both tech and industrial companies.
I've learned to translate complex challenges into scalable, practical solutions. That means: from the first customer idea to production software processing millions of transactions daily. I've led global, cross-functional teams of over 100 engineers and owned everything from product vision to implementation – always focused on real, measurable business results.
